Large working width - small investment

With a capacity of 20 ha per hour, this trailed triple set is suitable for the largest farms and contractors. In spite of the large working width with 32 discs, the power requirement is only approx. 147 kW/ 200 HP.

The first trailed triple combination

The triple set is based on a semi-mounted trailed transport wagon with 2 cutting units and the GXF front mower with Contour Float. The patented transport wagon is equipped with power steering which ensures optimal manoeuvrability. - This is a great advantage in connection with narrow roads, field corners and headland turns.

A cost effective investment

Naturally, a GXT 12005 triple combination is a considerably smaller investment than a self-propelled unit. The largest investment, i.e. the tractor, will not be bound to this one task – instead it can be used for other purposes outside the grass season. Therefore, GXT 12005 is a very cost effective investment with a high capacity!

High capacity - and safety!

The Anti Crash system Top Safe, stone protection in the form of a pressure relief valve on the swivel cylinders and a friction clutch on the PTO drive shafts are features that make it possible to work at a speed of up to 20 km/h. With this effective safety system you obtain not only high capacity but also long life.
The cutter bars are protected by the Break-Away mechanism. A surface of fracture in each disc shaft ensures that in case a large object gets stuck between two discs, the disc shaft will break whereby the gear wheels of the cutter bar are spared.

Lateral adjustment

If working on hilly ground GXT 12005 can be equipped with hydraulic equipment making it possible to steer the transport wagon laterally up to 40 cm. Thereby the machine works to the fullest possible width – also when driving across hillsides.

Individual control of cutting units

With this large working width it may in some situations be desirable to work with only one cutting unit, e.g. for short work mowing and when finishing a field. For this purpose GXT 12005 can be supplied with individual control of the cutting units. Thereby you avoid driving in already mown material.

Low stubble height

With JF-STOLL's unique Slim Line cutter bar on both the front and the rear mounted machines, it is possible to obtain stubble heights down to 40 mm WITHOUT stubble stripes. This is an advantage – especially in countries where a warm climate allows many cuts. For countries with fewer cuts the Slim Line cutter bar can be equipped with higher guide shoes.

Collector - for double swathing

With the collector it is possible to collect swaths from 12 m working width. Furthermore, you optimize your machine chain as it is not necessary to rake the material together, which again avoids waste of valuable crop in situations with very little volume, for example during autumn cut.
When the collector is not used it can be folded together on top of the machine, which allows you to use the machine's wide spreading function.
