Large working width - small investment

Mounted triple mower with a capacity of between 10 – 15 ha/h. The triple mower is made of high strength steel, has a strong stone release and optimal protection of the cutterbars. This is a guarantee for high capacity and easy maintenance.

GX 9005 Mounted triple mower 

The triple mower combination consists of the GXF front mower and furthermore the rear mounted machine GX 9005. Total working width (incl. overlap) is 8.60 m.

Extremely low ground pressure

The total triple mower combination – front and rear mounted machines – only weighs a low 2720 kg. This low weight has been achieved by using high strength steel in the compact three-point linkage. This combination – along with JF-STOLL's pendulum suspension as well as the two powerful relief springs - ensures minimum ground pressure of benefit to regrowth and yield.

Total control during turning operations

When turning on headlands a counter spring, which is placed between link arm and lift bracket, ensures that the cutting unit is kept quiet. Furthermore, the spring serves as an extra safety device in connection with road transport.

A safe machine!

GX 9005 has a strong stone release with 2 springs for each cutting unit. This allows the cutting unit to swivel up to 100 cm backwards in case of collision with stones or other obstacles. This contributes to the high capacity, as it is safe to drive with high working speed.

Quick and easy replacement of blades

Replacing the blades on GX 9005 is quick and easy. Just one single push downwards with the enclosed special tool and the blade is free.

Perfect stubble under all conditions

With JF-STOLL's Slim Line cutter bar new standards are reached when it comes to stubble height. The stubble height can be adjusted all the way down to 40 mm without any formation of stripes. This is especially relevant in those countries where the climate allows many cuts. If higher stubble is desired, for example when working under Scandinavian conditions, it is easy to equip the cutterbars with extra high guide shoes.
