The JF Anti Crash System

Top Safe is a unique Anti Crash System developed by JF product designers. The advantages of the system are obvious. With the in-built Top Safe your machine is effectively protected against stones or other impacts. Repair costs are reduced and machine life increased.

Twice the speed - and an even stubble

The Top Safe system is a unique combination of efficiency and safety. You can drive twice as fast with a Top Safe mower without increasing the impact from stones etc. You can achieve good ground following and a very even stubble height at very high speeds.

This is how the Top Safe system works

If the cutter bar hits a stone, the top spring is automatically compressed and the cutter bar is turned upwards, so that it can slide undamaged over the obstacle.

If the obstacle is very large an extension link in the drawbar is activated and the cutter bar is lifted even higher so that even the bigger obstacles are unlikely to stop the machine.
