Feeding computer optimises the operation

JF's new remote-controlled feeding computer system ProFeed handles up to 10 different feed plans each being able to contain up to 20 types of feed. If the number of cows you mix for has been changed, a new number is put into the computer system which then calculates a new feed plan. ProFeed can be used by Feeder PA and Feeder VM.

A practical tool

Stored data can be shown on the ProFeed display. For instance you can see how much feed has been used in total and then calculate the efficiency of the milk production (MJ per kg ECM). It is also possible to tranfer data to another computer for data processing with e.g. MicroSoft Excel. With the ProFeed system data is available for the production management and there is a possibility of optimising the financial circumstances of the milk production.
