Easy Lift is a JF-STOLL System, which gives the machines an extra high comfort. Easy Lift makes the choice between lifting on headlands when turning and conversion to transport position simple and easy.

The Easy Lift system is operated with a simple cord system, so that the same valve block operates both the raising / lowering function as well as conversion to transport position. For this purpose 1 double-acting oil outlet is required. This incredibly simple system ensures the machine is not swung to the rear unintentionally during working, which would damage the PTO drive shaft.
Connection to the tractor is also optimised. The placement of the hitch pins in relation to the centre of gravity of the machine ensures that it is unimportant whether the hitch pins are at different heights. – If the height is different, the lowest pin must be connected first and then you must raise until the highest pin gets into position. In this way the machine has automatic height adjustment.
Another detail of the Easy Lift system is that you do not need to lift the machine with the link arms when turning on the headland, but with an auxiliary cylinder. This means that the angles of the PTO shaft are not changed when lifting. Thereby vibrations are avoided and longer life is obtained.

Easy Lift spares the field and the machine

The machine with Easy Lift has sealed adjustment of springs for ground pressure so that readjustment is unnecessary. An indicator shows the normal position for the height of the link arms. If you need to work at very high speed, e.g. 15 km/h, the link arms of the tractor must be raised and the ground pressure is reduced. When working on very hilly ground, the link arms must be lowered so that the ground pressure is increased and ground following is optimized. – An indicator on the machine shows if the ground pressure is optimal.
